Submit Manuscript

Submission Guidelines

IJMIC Journal publishes original research, review papers, research articles, case studies, reports, and book reviews. Researchers from industry as well as academia are invited to submit their unpublished and original manuscripts, which are not under review in any other journal or book.

As part of the submission process, researchers are required to adhere to the following ethical guidelines:

  • The work is my/our original contribution and has not been plagiarized/copied from any source/individual.
  • The manuscript is submitted only to IJMIC and has not been previously published or submitted elsewhere for publication in a copyrighted publication.
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word document format.
  • I/We hereby authorize IJMIC to edit, modify, and make changes to the manuscript/research paper to make it suitable for publication.

Manuscript Preparation and Submission Format

All manuscripts must be submitted via email to the editor at ramshankarpal108@gmail.com. The submission file should be in Microsoft Word format.

Language

  • Manuscripts must be in English and Hindi.
  • Manuscripts will be composed in both Hindi (Font: Unicode/Mangal, Size: 12 Point, Line Spacing: 1.15) and English (Font: Times New Roman, Size: 12 Point, Line Spacing: 1.15).

Length of Paper

  • The length of the paper should not exceed ten pages, with a word limit of 2500-4000 words.
  • Articles should be typed in single-space, including footnotes and references.

Title Page

The title page is a separate page before the text and should include the following information:

  • Title: Concise and informative. Avoid abbreviations and formulae where possible.
  • Authors’ Names and Affiliations: Provide the full names and affiliations of all authors. Present the authors’ affiliation addresses below the names, indicating all affiliations with a lower-case superscript letter after the author’s name. Include the full postal address, email address, and phone number of each author.

Abstract

  • A concise and factual abstract is required (maximum length of 250 words).
  • The abstract should briefly state the purpose of the research, the results, and major conclusions.
  • The abstract must be able to stand alone, so references should be avoided. If essential, they must be cited in full, without reference to the reference list.

Keywords

  • After the abstract, provide a maximum of five keywords, avoiding general and plural terms and multiple concepts.

Subdivision of the Research Article

  • Divide your article into clearly defined and numbered sections.
  • Subsections should be numbered 1, (then 1.1, 1.1.1, 1.1.2), 1.2, etc. The abstract is not included in section numbering.

Tables and Figures

  • Present tables and figures clearly.

References

  • Authors should follow the latest edition of the APA style in referencing.
  • Avoid footnotes; use endnotes clearly.

Reference List

  • References should be arranged alphabetically and then sorted chronologically.
